Support That Empowers,
Care That Respects

At Living Life Supported Living, we offer compassionate, tailored care to help you live life on your own terms. Whether at home or in shared living, our services are designed to support your independence, dignity, and everyday wellbeing.

Our supported living services enable people to live in their own homes or shared accommodation with round-the-clock care and support. Whether it’s help with setting routines, managing daily tasks, or working towards long-term goals like employment or education, we’re here to provide consistent, empowering support.

Personal Care

We deliver sensitive, respectful assistance with daily personal routines — including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and medication. Our team is also trained in more specialised care, such as PEG feeding and mobility support, ensuring every individual receives the right level of care in a dignified way.

Household Tasks

Household Tasks

To support a safe and comfortable living environment, we help with light cleaning, laundry, shopping, home organisation, and meal planning. Our support encourages people to take an active role in their daily routines, promoting independence wherever possible.

Meal Preparation

We work closely with individuals and families to prepare healthy, balanced meals that reflect cultural backgrounds, dietary needs, and personal preferences. Our goal is to support wellbeing through food that’s nourishing and enjoyable.

Medication Support

From reminders and prompts to full administration, our trained team ensures medication is taken safely and on time. We also liaise with GPs and pharmacies to help manage prescriptions and maintain continuity of care.

Appointments & Travel

Travel

Whether attending medical appointments, going shopping, or meeting friends, we provide support with planning, transport, and escorting — so individuals can stay connected to services and their communities with confidence.

Companionship

Meaningful relationships and social activities are vital for wellbeing. Our support includes genuine companionship and encouragement to participate in community events, social clubs, and leisure activities — helping reduce isolation and build self-esteem.

Who We Support

We work with adults aged 16 and over who may need extra support to live independently and thrive in their communities. Our service is designed for individuals with a wide range of needs, including:

  • Learning disabilities

  • Autism spectrum conditions

  • Mental health conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia

  • Physical disabilities or mobility challenges

  • Complex health conditions

  • Behaviours that challenge

Every person we support is treated as an individual. We take time to understand their history, aspirations, and goals, and we build care around what matters most to them.

How We Deliver Support

Truly Person-Centred Planning

Our approach starts with listening. We create support plans based on each person’s values, preferences, and goals — developed in partnership with them, their families, social workers, and health professionals.

Plans are regularly reviewed and adapted to ensure they stay relevant and meaningful as life circumstances change.

Working in Partnership

We believe that collaboration is key. By working closely with families, local authorities, healthcare teams, and community organisations, we ensure a joined-up approach that supports long-term wellbeing and independence.

Skilled, Caring Team

All our support workers are carefully selected, thoroughly trained, and continuously supported in their professional development. We match staff to individuals not only by skill, but by personality and shared interests — because meaningful care begins with trusted relationships.

Quality You Can Trust

From safeguarding procedures and regular audits to ongoing feedback and CQC compliance, we hold ourselves to the highest standards. Our commitment to learning and improvement means we are always striving to do better — for every individual we support.
